Thank you for shopping with Tippy Paws! We’re dedicated to getting your pet’s favourite supplies delivered safely and reliably. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public  holidays).

 You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched, including tracking details (where available).

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

As we operate using a dropshipping model, your order will be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary based on supplier location, customs clearance, and local courier performance.

Note: During busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

3. Shipping Costs

We currently ship across the UK and internationally.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): £3.99

  • Free UK Shipping on all orders over £40

🌍 International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days): £8.99

  • Free International Shipping on all orders over £75

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 3–5 days for tracking details to become active in the system.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at info@tippypaws.co.uk with your order number. We’ll be happy to assist you and investigate with our suppliers.
