Accessibility Statement for Tippy Paws
Last updated: 6th November 2025

Our commitment
At Tippy Paws, located in the W3 7DS area of the UK, we are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to browse, shop and use our online pet supplies store with ease and confidence.
Measures to support accessibility

To achieve this, we aim to:
· Provide content that can be accessed using keyboard navigation and screen-reader technology where possible.
· Ensure meaningful alternative text on images, sufficient colour contrast, clearly labelled form elements, and logical page structure.
· Use a responsive design so that the site functions well on a variety of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
· Regularly review and test our site for accessibility issues, and update our practices in line with recognised standards (for example the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 / WCAG 2.2 AA standard as a benchmark).
· Enable users to request information in alternative formats (such as large print, audio) when needed.
Known limitations and exclusions

Despite our efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. These may include:
· Some product images or third-party content that do not have fully optimised alternative text.
· PDF documents or other downloadable files which may not yet meet accessibility standards.
· Some interactive features or dynamic content that may not be fully tested with all assistive technologies.
· Occasional updates or new features which may temporarily introduce accessibility issues.
We are working to address these items and improve accessibility in successive releases of the site.
